Bhopal: When city's civic-body run taxi service 'MyCab' was introduced in August, Bhopal Municipal Corporation (BMC) promised a better travel experience. However, instead of reducing the woes of commuters, MyCab is adding to chaos at Raja Bhoj International airport.
Frequent flyers have learnt it the hard way that getting in and out of security check at Raja Bhoj airport is far less complicated than manoeuvring through parking mess.
Nearly the entire four-lane way is blocked by the radio-cab service, with airport officials looking the other way. Apparently, some months ago there was a move to shift the taxi service away from the parking lot. However, the taxi drivers did not oblige.
