Bengaluru: Airbus Group will present a wide range of products and technologies at the 10th edition of Aero India to be held from February 18 to 22 at the Yelahanka Air Force Station.
Their focus will be to highlight its strong footprint in India and commitment to the ‘Make in India’ campaign, according to a press release. “We are enthusiastic about the ‘Make in India’ campaign and are ready to leverage our existing local partnerships and invest in new ones. Aero India offers the perfect setting to discuss our plans to make in India with various stakeholders,” Yves Guillaume, India president of Airbus Group, said.
Scale models of A380 and A320neo will be on display. “Also on exhibition will be scale models of A330MRTT mid-air refueller which has been selected by the Indian Air Force (IAF), and the C295 transport aircraft which has been offered to India, in partnership with Tata, for the Avro replacement programme,” the release said.
