Mangalore: Gulf NRI Forum, Kuwait has urged the Air India Express, the low cost carrier of the Air India, to revert back to the old timings of its Mangaluru-Bahrain-Kuwait flight service.
Addressing presspersons here on Monday, president of the forum P.B. Pinto said that earlier, before the re-introduction of the flight service from October 2014, the flight departed from Kuwait at 12.15 a.m. (Kuwait local time) and arrived here at 7.15 a.m.
It was convenient for passengers as they boarded the flight in the night after dinner and arrived in Mangaluru for breakfast.
Day time was not lost for passengers boarding at Kuwait.
