Aptech Aviation to train talent for aviation and hospitality sector in Gujarat

Ahmedabad: Aptech Aviation & Hospitality Academy inaugurated its new center at Bodakdev, Ahmedabad, on February 12, 2015, for training and development of students aspiring to make a career in the field.

The academy plans to aid tourism in Gujarat, which is expecting 15%-16% influx of tourists this year, by providing skilled workers who would be employed in the new commercial and international airports that are reported to be opened throughout the state. The new center will also be providing skill based training in hospitality for the seven new hotels and 1500 rooms that are reported to open in 2015.

Mr. Anuj Kacker, Executive Director, Aptech Ltd said, “There is a serious demand for skilled workers in the aviation and hospitality sector that will aid the economy of the state. With the launch of the new center in Ahmedabad, we hope to narrow down the gap. It is also a good employment opportunity for highly skilled workers to showcase their expertise.”
