Mysuru: A few other demands for the long-term growth of Mysuru pertain to enhancing 0connectivity. The government has been urged to expedite land acquisition etc. to develop Belagola as the second railway terminal. This is said to be important as the existing station is choked and there is no land for expansion.
Underlying the importance of an airport for the city, the wish list urges the State government to take up extension of the runway and initiate other measures to make the Mysuru airport commercially viable.
