Trichy: Confusion prevailed at the Trichy International Airport on Wednesday night after a group of 11 passengers who had arrived from Kuala Lumpur by a Malindo Air aircraft on Monday and complained that one of their baggage was missing, failed to get it as assured by the airline.
After arriving in Trichy, one of the passengers found that a suitcase was missing, and informed the airline authorities, who told him that baggage has been tracked in Kuala Lumpur and it would arrive in two days. Following this, the group proceeded on a pilgrimage to Kerala and some parts of central Tamil Nadu.
When they went back to the Trichy airport on Wednesday night to claim the baggage, they found that the lock had been tampered with.
