Thiruvananthapuram: A high-level meeting chaired by Chief Minister Oommen Chandy here on Monday decided to expedite land acquisition for the extension of runway for the Kannur International airport.
The Chief Minister told the meeting that funds would be made available to acquire the land.
The meeting also decided to commence the sewerage works forthwith.
