Visakhapatnam: Land acquisition for the Greenfield international airport at Bhogapuram in Vizianagaram district should be done in a way acceptable to the farmers, those who are going to be displaced, and other sections, Chief Minister N. Chandrababu Naidu said after a review on the issue here on Saturday.
“The land acquisition method for the airport should result in less number of displaced and less land acquisition cost to the government. The method should also suit the technical aspects of the airport better and beneficial business-wise,” Mr. Naidu said.
