Bhubaneswar: As many as 20 international airlines have expressed their interest to start operations from Odisha’s Biju Patnaik International Airport here. According to sources, 20 major international carriers including Mega Maldives Airlines, Bangkok Airways, Kenya Airways, Hong Kong Airlines, and Fly Emirates are willing to add Bhubaneswar in their list of destinations.
Currently, Indian Airlines is the lone carrier that has been providing connectivity to international destinations from Biju Patnaik International Airport here.
