Air India's CMD visits city

Chennai: Air India CMD met employees and departmental heads during his visit to the airline's offices in Chennai recently.

According to a press release, Southern Region's Executive Director R Harihar showed Lohani around airlines house, service complex, engineering hangar, unity building and check-in counters at the airport.

He was reportedly impressed with the overall upkeep of the hangar. The airline is said to have earned a revenue of over Rs one crore by extending its engineering services to other airlines at this hangar alone.

Lohani also called upon employees to adopt a more determined approach to work to make the turnaround of the company a reality.
