Imphal: KB Pangambam, proprietor of M/s KB Enterprises, a leading tour operator of Manipur has apprised the Chairman & Managing Director, Air India Ashwani Lohani to start Air India's International Flights operational from Imphal International Airport.
A written request was submitted to the CMD in this regard.
The two met at the recently held Interactive Luncheon Meeting organized by the Indian Association of Tour Operators, IATO on 12th September 2015 at The Park Hotel, Parliament Street New Delhi.
According to a press note, the meeting was also attended by Union Tourism Secretary, Govt.
of India, Vinod Zutshi and Secretary, Ministry of Home Affairs (Language), Girish Shankar among other high ranking officials.
