Mangaluru: Two persons have been arrested at the Mangalore International Airport for allegedly smuggling two kg of gold valued at Rs 53 lakh.
The arrested have been identified as Hanif (50) and Bashir (35), both from Kasaragod in Kerala, a Customs release said.
They had arrived here from Dubai yesterday morning.
