Thiruvananthapuram: The Airports Authority of India (AAI) has begun a round-the-clock “May I Help You” counter in the international terminal building of the airport here to assist flyers and those coming to receive or see them off.
Housed outside the terminal building between the arrival and departure wing and close to the kerb, the counter will make available details regarding flight arrivals, departure, delays, contact numbers of operating airlines, key officials of the AAI and airlines, and other facilities.
Airport Director George G. Tharakan said the personnel manning the counter would provide assistance in the event of emergencies too.
