Kochi: Members of the Parliamentary Standing Committee on Transport, Tourism and Culture who visited Cochin International Airport have said the committee would extend all support to turn Kochi into an aviation hub.
The team, led by former Minister of State for Civil Aviation K.C. Venugopal, visited the solar power generation facility, air traffic control tower, and the terminals at the airport, said a press release here on Thursday.
Shatrughan Sinha, Ram Charitra Nishad, Ritabatra Banerjee, Arpita Ghosh, and Rahul Kaswan were part of the delegation, the press release added.
