Close shave AI passengers after bird hit at Bhopal airport

Bhopal: An Air India aircraft from Delhi to Bhopal with 116 passengers had a close shave when it suffered a bird hit while landing at the Raja Bhoj airport on Thursday morning, sending jitters among those on the board.

This is second accident with Air India flight within a week. Two days's ago flight could not take off after problem was found in two tyres of the aircraft.

Airport authorities said that AI flight was landing at Bhopal airport when a bird hit one of the engines.
