New Delhi: Air India Chief Managing Director Ashwani Lohani on Thursday said that the passengers can use their already booked tickets for or to Chennai at ten other locations without any additional charge. He added that the passengers have been relieved from cancellation charges of the tickets till December 15. Torrential downpour in Chennai came to a halt this morning (December 03) after some of the heaviest rainfall in over a century caused massive flooding, driving thousands from their homes, shutting auto factories and paralysing the airport.
