Mumbai: Spicejet Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on December 01, 2015, inter alia, has transacted and approved appointment of R. Sasiprabhu as Independent Director of the Company with effect from December 01, 2015.
The board has also approved Change of Registered Office of the Company to “Indira Gandhi International Airport, Terminal 1D, New Delhi – 110037” pursuant to order of the Regional Director (Southern Region), Ministry of Corporate Affairs, Chennai dated November 19, 2015 and take on record resignation of Dr. Harsha Vardhana Singh as Independent Director with effect from November 17, 2015.
