Mumbai: Singapore's budget airline Tigerair has started direct flights from Singapore to Lucknow. The launch of the new service to Lucknow becomes the airline’s sixth destination in India. Tigerair will operate three weekly flights to the city.
Tigerair’s inaugural flight from Singapore-TR 2676 had landed at Chaudhary Charan Singh International Airport at 8 pm local time on Thursday.
As a launch promotion, Tigerair is offering Lucknow passengers a special return fare of Rs. 10,999, available for purchase from December 4, 2015 to December 13, 2015, for travel between January 12, 2016 to April 14, 2016. Passengers can book the tickets on www.tigerair.com or from their nearest travel agent. Special fares have also been announced for the other Indian routes.
