Gaya: Frequent snags and somewhat unpredictable flight schedule worries Gaya-based air passengers. On two consecutive days i.e. Tuesday and Wednesday flight no. AI 433 got delayed by about four hours causing inconvenience to passengers booked to onward flights.
A sizeable number of passengers of AI 433 were heading to Middle East countries and as such delayed flights cause them problems, says Sanjay Sahay, a frequent flier on Gaya-Delhi route. There is only one flight between Gaya and Delhi and this flight too operates only in the tourist season between October and March. This year, the flights were introduced earlier for the benefit of 'pindadan' pilgrims.
