The Airports Authority of India's (AAI) persistent efforts to improve services and passenger facilities at its airports have placed AAI amongst the best service provider in the world, as per Airports Council International (ACI) on Airport Service Quality Survey that was announced on February 29, 2016.
AAI's four airports are amongst the top five airports in the category of two to five million passengers per annum across the world.
Based on the results of the survey carried out by the Airports Council International, (a global non-profit organization of Airport Operators) on Airport Service Quality (ASQ), AAI's Jaipur Airport has been rated as world's No.1 Airport in the category of 2 to 5 million passengers per annum and Lucknow Airport has been rated as world's second best airport in the same category.
