Kochi: Air India authorities on Friday stated that there was ‘substance’ in the sexual harassment complaint filed against an officer.
The response comes in the wake of a Crime Branch report stating that the complaint was false and fabricated.
A statement issued by Air India senior manager P R Vijayaraghavan here said, “we would like to clarify that the management of Air India received a written complaint against L S Sibu. The matter was referred to the Internal Complaints Committee duly constituted as per the law. The committee investigated the matter and has found ‘substance’ in the case.”
