Kochi: The police have booked a Swedish national, who arrived at the Cochin International Airport on Monday to board a domestic flight, for allegedly possessing a satellite phone.
The arrested has been identified as Lars Olof Ricard, 36, who reached here in the morning to board an Air India flight to Agathi, Lakshadweep. He was nabbed by Central Industrial Security Force (CISF) officials during a security check.
Ricard was intercepted around 9.30 a.m. while passing through the domestic terminal.
