Jet Airways flight diverted to Indore

Indore: Bad weather condition at Raja Bhoj Airport, Bhopal forced the diversion of Mumbai-Bhopal-Mumbai Jet Airways flight to Devi Ahilya Holkar Indore Airport on Sunday evening.
“The flight from Mumbai was destined for Bhopal, was diverted to Indore due to bad weather conditions due to moderate rain at Bhopal airport. The flight landed in Indore at 6:15 pm and flew to Bhopal after few minutes halt and then, it landed at Raja Bhoj Airport at 7 pm,” said Airport Director Akashdeep Mathur.
The Jet Airways flight (9W4460) was to land at Bhopal around 4 pm. Thus passengers waited for almost three hours in the plane.
Earlier, on Saturday, Delhi-Jabalpur Air India (AI) flight landed at Raja Bhoj Airport instead of at Dumna Airport in Jabalpur due to bad weather conditions there on Saturday.
