Four flights delayed due to low visibility

Four flights connecting to Mumbai and Delhi were delayed at Devi Ahilyabai Holkar Airport on Monday morning. While the first morning flight was delayed due to fog and poor visibility, other three were delayed in taking off from their origin airport.
A Delhi-Indore flight of Indigo (656) which was scheduled to land at Indore airport at 7.05am was delayed by almost 44 minutes. The flight took off at 5.29 am five minutes before its scheduled departure. Similarly, flight (655) from Indore to Delhi, which was scheduled to take off at 7.35, was delayed by more than half an hour. It took off at 8.10am.
Airport officials said that although the delay index was low, the arrival of first flight at the airport was affected due to poor visibility and fog.
