Air traffic restored from Srinagar airport

Srinagar: Air traffic was restored at the Srinagar International Airport after remaining affected due to poor visibility and snow since early Tuesday morning.
The runway has been cleared of snow and visibility has improved at the airport, an airport official told UNI.

However, the first flight which left New Delhi had to wait for about half an hour in mid-air as visibility suddenly dropped at the airport. The flight has now landed after the visibility again improved, he said adding two more flights also landed safely.
