Dehradun: Travellers will soon be getting a second regular air service between Pantnagar and Delhi from May 12. With yet another flight to Delhi slated to start from here later in the month, the travelers can look forward to three flights daily between Pantnagar and Delhi in the near future. According to official sources, Air India has completed its preparations for introduction of its service. So far, there is only one flight between Pantnagar and Delhi. The Pantnagar airport director SK Singh informed that with the operation of Air India flight number 9-I-915 from here, those travelling to Mumbai, Chennai and other big cities in India will directly benefit from the service.
The airport director further informed that flight number 9-I-915 will depart from Delhi at 5:55 AM and arrive at Pantnagar airport at 6:55 AM. From here the flight will take off at 7:25 AM and reach Delhi airport at 8:30 AM.
With the flight to Delhi being scheduled during the morning hours, travellers will find it convenient to catch flights to various other destinations from there.
