Calcutta: Four men, including a 26-year-old involved in the baggage handling operation of a private airline, were arrested on Tuesday for allegedly trying to smuggle out marijuana to Port Blair.
The accused are Sunny Hela, 26, the baggage handling helper; Mithu Roy, 34, and Trishna Das, 38, both from Nadia's Ranaghat; and Dum Dum resident Gopal Nayak.
Roy, Das and Nayak were booked on a flight to the Andamans capital and were allegedly carrying the contraband in their bags.
