Indore: A group of flyers on Jet Airways’ 9W-0793 flight from Delhi to Indore has alleged that the crew forced them to sit inside the plane for over an hour without lights or AC, and behaved rudely with them on Tuesday night. The airline says the
crew followed procedure and that some passengers manhandled the flight attendants.
The airlines says flight 9W-0793 delayed due to congestion at Delhi airport, but passengers said they were not informed. “We were kept in the dark for over an hour. The inside temperature was so high that we were getting suffocated. When we tried to complain, the crew members started misbehaving,” said a passenger in a complaint.
