Mumbai: Jet Airways and Vistara passengers booked on flights out of Mumbai on Monday can avail the concessions both these carriers have offered on account of heavy rain.
Around 1 pm, Vistara tweeted that those passengers who miss their flight due to heavy rains and water logging in Mumbai would be put on the next flight as per seat availability with no additional fee or fare. Vistara had made a similar announcement last week too on a day when rains disrupted traffic in Mumbai.Early in the morning, Jet Airways tweeted that they had "issued a waiver on penalties for date/flight change, refund, no-show (including fare difference, if any) on all confirmed tickets for flights operating to and from Mumbai on July 9".
