Air India is offering discounted tickets on the occasion of Independence Day. However, according to the airliner, flyers can only avail the offer if the ticket booking is done through its official website: airindia.in.
For both domestic and international flights the discount is valid till August 15. One can avail this discount on ticket prices by using the 18INDAY. However, the airline says that the offer is not valid on Air India Express, Alliance Air flights, and codeshare flights.
On the other hand, to celebrate India's Independence Day, AirAsia India has also come up with its own offer. Under the promotion scheme ‘Buy More, Save More!’ customers can book tickets at a discounted price. The airline is offering the sale for Bengaluru, Kolkata, Amritsar, New Delhi, Ranchi and Hyderabad and other routes. According to the AirAsia, the sale is valid till 19 August for travel between 19 February 2019 and 13 August 2019.
Another domestic airline, GoAir has extended its ‘Go Gr8 Festival Sale’ offer till 15 August. Flyers can book tickets at a starting price of Rs 1,099 for domestic flights.
