Ludhiana: Punjab Roadways has started the Volvo Bus service for the New Delhi airport from the Ludhiana bus stand. The Volvo bus service for the New Delhi airport was started on July 27. At present, Punjab Roadways has been plying two Volvo buses — one to Indira Gandhi International Airport, New Delhi, and another one to Inter-State Bus Terminal, New Delhi.
There is a plan to start few more buses to the New Delhi airport in near future. Punjab Roadways Volvo bus begins its journey from the Ludhiana bus stand and dropped the passengers near the Terminal-3 of the New Delhi international airport. Punjab Roadways has also provided the facility of online booking of seats in these Volvo buses.
