Visakhapatnam: The Jet Airways has launched direct flights from Visakhapatnam to New Delhi and Mumbai. The first Jet Airways flight from the city to Delhi was launched by MP K. Hari Babu on Saturday evening.
“The evening flight to Delhi connects to 232 international destinations. Passengers from the city bound to onward international destinations can get their boarding passes and baggage checking done in Vizag itself. It will help boost tourism,” the MP said.
Only the immigration check will be done in Delhi or Mumbai. This flight connects to Mumbai in the mornings.
