Vistara plans flight to Delhi from Indore by March

Indore: Vistara, the joint venture between Tata Sons and Singapore Airlines, plans to start flights to Delhi from Indore by March.
Vistara is mulling to operate two daily flights from Indore to Delhi in morning and evening, according to Travel Agents Association of India, MP and CG, Chapter. The association’s (MP, CG chapter) chairman T K Jose said, “We had a detailed discussion with Vistara on Tuesday on likely traffic and timings for Delhi-bound flight. The company is planning to operate flights every day to Delhi and they are hoping to get slots from airport authority.” Vistara refused to comment on likely operations from Indore airport stating many things are being discussed within the company. According to the association, Vistara is expected to operate first flight to Delhi between 8 am to 9 am and second flight will be in the evening.
Joes said, “The timings of the flights will be adjusted in a way that people can easily fulfil their professional commitments and get connectivity with international flights.” The association said that Vistara is likely to start operations from March and will not require a night hold parking slot.
