Chennai: Customs officials on information at Trichy airport seized 1.100 kilograms
gold worth Rs 35.20 lakhs from four passengers, including three women, who came from
Malaysia, sources said on Tuesday.
The sources said that on Monday, on information customs officials checked the belonging of
Gudbudhin and three other women passengers, who hailing from Sivagangai and found
smuggled gold.
