Mixed signals are coming from the cockpit of IndiGo Airlines. Rakesh Gangwal and Rahul Bhatia, the two main promoters of India's largest airline, are yet to find middle ground. Investors in the company have had to fasten their seatbelts with the stock hitting an air pocket in the short term. While there are a few contentious issues on which Gangwal and Bhatia disagree, one of the main reasons for their public fallout has been over related party transactions (RPTs).
