Alliance Air start ticket booking for Nashik-Pune flights

Nashik: Alliance Air, a subsidiary of Air India, on Tuesday started ticket bookings for its proposed Nashik-Pune-Nashik flights beginning from October 27 under Centre’s Regional Connectivity Scheme (RCS).
The flight will be take off from Nashik’s Ozar airport at 2.55 pm and will land in Pune at 3.55pm. From Pune, the same flight will take off at 4.20pm and will land at Ozar airport at 5.20 pm from Monday to Friday.

On Sunday, the flight will take off at 8am from Pune and will land in Nashik at 9am. It will take off at 10am from Nashik and reach Pune at 11am. The airline will also start flight on Saturdays from November 2.

An Alliance Air official said that the Nashik-Pune flight will start from October 27 and booking has been started on the occasion of Dasara. “We hope to get good response from passengers on this route,” he said.

The airline will use a 70-seater aircraft and around 50% of the seats will be under RCS. The air fare will be Rs 1,620 per head for seats under RCS. Director General of Civil Aviation (DGCA) has already approved time slots for the proposed Nashik-Pune-Nashik flights.
