SpiceJet flyers forced to sit inside aircraft for 2 hours

Pune: More than 100 passengers on board a Pune-bound SpiceJet flight from Kolkata had to sit inside the aircraft for around 2 hours after it suffered a technical problem just before take-off on Tuesday.
Chirag Sheth (37), a passenger on the flight, said that the aircraft, which was supposed to take-off from Kolkata at 9:45am, taxied to the runway but didn't take-off. "We were forced to sit inside the aircraft from 9:45am to 11:45am. The cabin crew members said that there was a technical problem," Sheth, who was on way to Pune station to catch a Goa bound train, told TOI.
