MSRTC buses for Mumbai airport soon

Pune: The Maharashtra State Road Transport Corporation will start plying its premier Shivneri and Shivshahi buses from the city to the Mumbai airport from December 16.
MSRTC officials on Friday said there would be around 17 trips of the buses every day. The buses will start from the Swargate depot and reach the terminal 1 of the Mumbai airport via Borivali.
Only Shivshahi buses will ply on this route.
Besides, a fleet of Shivshahi buses will connect Dapodi-Borivali and the Mumbai airport, an MSRTC official said.
The MSRTC’s latest decision comes within days it suspended the Pune-Nashik Shivneri services a month after introducing the buses on the route.
