Passengers travelling between Singapore and Chennai will get to experience Singapore Airlines’ Boeing 787-10 Dreamliner aircraft from May 20, 2020.
The airline will be replacing the Airbus A330-300 aircraft with the 68-metre 787-10, which is the longest variant of Boeing’s Dreamliner range of aircraft.
With this, Singapore Airlines will increase its frequency out of Chennai to 13 flights a week as compared to ten. Also, combined with its subsidiary Silkair, this number will eventually increase to 17 flights a week by June 1, 2020.
