Kannur: Customs sleuths on Monday seized 808 grams of gold valued at Rs 32 lakh from a passenger who arrived at International Airport here from Doha in an Indigo aircraft.
Customs Assistant Commissioner Madhusudhoona Bhat-led team arrested Abdul Muneer of Kallayi in Kozhikode district in this connection.
The seized gold was kept under his innerwear in capsule form, sources said.
