Hyderabad: The Centre for Aerospace and Defence Laws (CADL), NALSAR University, is organising an International Legal and Policy Conference on ‘The Future of Transport – Opportunities and Challenges in Aviation and Space Industry’ at its Shameerpet campus on February 2 and 3.
Being organised in collaboration with the GMR Group, University of Mississippi School of Law, USA, Sarin & Co., and the Indian Journal of Law and Public Policy, the international conference aims at debating a wide range of legal and policy issues like commercial use of drones, airport infrastructure, airline economic sustainability, commercialisation of space activities, space tourism, space traffic management, urban mobility and women in transport and so on.
The participants include regulators, policy makers, industry, NGOs, consumer activists, think tanks, academia and students in the field of aviation, space and general transport sector(s), a press release said.
Students from India and abroad, alumni of Centre for Aerospace and Defence Laws (CADL) of NALSAR are participating and presenting papers at the conference and more details about the transport conference can be found on the website www.nalsar.ac.in
