CISF detects 46 kgs of white sandalwood, two held in Telangana

Hyderabad: The Central Industrial Security Force (CISF) at Rajiv Gandhi International Airport (RGIA, Shamshabad detected 46 kilograms of white sandalwood and held two people in this regard , a statement said here on Tuesday.
According to the statement, a Sudan national Amir Adam and an Indian national Siddick Wadiwalla Shabnam arrived at the airport to fly Khartoum via Dubai.
Upon their entry in the International departure terminal they seem suspected and were diverted to random screening by CISF or Intelligence wing Head Constable A Raghupathi.
Upon screening by CISF Sub-inspector Sandeep detected about 46 kilograms of white sandalwood from their luggage. They produced bills only for 20 kilograms.
