At a special food workshop, Chef Varun, along with his team, showcased a few Holi delicacies which can be easily prepared at home. For ‘Rangotsav Lunch’, which is scheduled for March 10, he has specially curated the menu to entice and delight the guests of Novotel Hyderabad Airport.
The lunch menu offers an array of holi special dishes. He will be preparing dishes like Gujiya, Malpua, Pani Poori, Dal Kachori, Kulfi and many more to savour from a colorful platter.
