The police anti-narcotics department is holding a woman who was intercepted with narcotic drugs. The suspect identified as Carol Birungi was headed for New Delhi in India, which is believed the final destination of the drugs. While Birungi is facing charges of dealing in narcotics, she is also helping to catch her co-conspirators.
