Air India plane makes emergency landing at Mumbai airport

Mumbai : An Air India flight from Jeddah carrying 207 passengers landed at the international airport in Mumbai in emergency conditions this evening after it developed a minor hydraulic fault, officials said.
The pilot of the Mumbai-bound aircraft noticed the fault and reported it to the air traffic control (ATC) after which arrangements for the landing were made, fire brigade officials said.
The plane landed safely at 9.40pm and was taken to the bay, Air India sources said, adding all the passengers were safe.
