New Delhi: The report on the probe into the near-miss involving a Presidential helicopter and an Air India plane in Mumbai is expected in a couple of weeks, a top aviation official said today.
"The enquiry is on.We need to have a few more sittings to complete the report. It should be through in the next one or two weeks," Director General of Civil Aviation Nasim Zaidi, who is heading the enquiry into the February nine incident, told reporters here.
Earlier addressing a seminar on customer service levels in the aviation industry, he said the DGCA would consult with various airlines and come up with guidelines for them on the services which should be provided to the passengers. Benchmarks would be set for provision of passenger services.
