Bengaluru: Chaos prevailed at the Bengaluru International Airport on Saturday morning when at least 20 passengers, who were supposed to board Indigo Airline flights, missed their planes and accused the airport authorities and airline officials for the situation.
They also alleged that Indigo made them pay extra without any receipts to accommodate them on other flights, though the mistake was airport authorities’. The passengers alleged that they got late checking in due to a huge traffic hold-up inside the airport due to on-going construction and again at the entrance as only a few gates were open. The airline officials did not escort the passengers for a quick boarding.
