Tried everything to save grounded Kingfisher Airlines: Vijaya Mallya says

Mumbai:  Liquor baron Vijaya Mallya recently said he remains as passionate about Ferraris and designer clothes as he was in his 20s; although his "King of Good Times" tag is a wrongly transferred epithet from his Kingfisher brand. "At age 57 today, I still want to behave as if I was 26," said Mallya at a recent event called THiNK 2013, organized by Tehelka magazine.
"But I am certainly not going to behave as if I am 75," he added. Mallya appeared at the event wearing his grey hair in a crew cut, sporting a Frank Zappa goatee, a tattoo of the trident symbol on the back of his hand and a designer watch worn with the dial sideways.
"At age 26, I was chairman of UB Group, but living like a 26-year old. I lived my age, Which youngster doesn't like a Ferrari? Which youngster doesn't like a good time?... but my contemporaries were RS Goenka and Dhirubhai Ambani, captains of the industry but twice my age. You wouldn't necessarily expect them to be driving around in Ferraris . I did, because I was 26 year old. I lived my life and got branded as somebody very flamboyant," said Mallya.
