AAI to Rescue 'Blind Alley Cadre'

New Delhi: The Airports Authority of India (AAI), a public sector undertaking under the Civil Aviation Ministry, is planning to rescue officials stuck in ‘Blind Alley Cadre’ for over a decade without any promotion and adequate career growth. The drive, Stagnation Relief Scheme (SRS) 2014, will provide relief from stagnation.
Any employee, who has completed 20 years of service from induction level in the parent cadre and has not been given any promotion, will be allowed two promotions directly with pay fixation benefits at each level.
