Aircraft cleaner held for stealing laptop at IGIA

New Delhi: An aircraft cleaner who allegedly stole a laptop from an international flight was apprehended at the Indira Gandhi International Airport (IGIA) here today.
The person, identified as R K Sharma, was apprehended by CISF who were tipped-off about his activities.
Sharma, officials said, was employed by an aircraft cleaning agency operating at the IGIA.
Officials said the cleaner had allegedly stolen the laptop, a 'Sony' brand machine, from a British Airways flight which landed here from London and was parked for cleaning operations after the passengers had de-boarded.
